The TRB247 is Teltonika's slim industrial gateway for cost-optimised M2M and telemetry applications. LTE Cat 1 bis, Dual SIM, GNSS, a serial RS232 interface and three configurable I/Os on a 16-pin industrial terminal block bring sensors and controls to the cloud.

Cellular and SIM

4G LTE Cat 1 bis with up to 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink, ideal for telemetry applications with moderate data volumes. Dual SIM with auto-switch on signal loss, data limit, roaming or network denial.

GNSS and location

Built-in GNSS with GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS, NMEA 0183, geofencing and coordinate output via web UI, SMS, TAVL or RMS.

Interfaces on the 16-pin terminal block

Ethernet 10/100 Mbps (RJ45), RS232 as 4-pin in the 16-pin industrial terminal (TX, RX, RTS, CTS), three configurable digital I/Os, 2-pin power. Antennas 1x SMA for LTE and 1x SMA for GNSS.

Industrial protocols and VPN

Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, SNMP, Data to Server. OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, GRE, L2TP, PPTP, Tailscale, ZeroTier for secure connections to the control center or cloud.

Management

RMS, FOTA, TR-069, web UI, SSH, SNMP, MQTT, JSON-RPC. RutOS based on OpenWrt with comprehensive configuration and automation options.

Ruggedness and power

Slim form factor, 9 to 30 VDC with reverse polarity and surge protection, power consumption below 1.7 W idle and below 2.6 W max. Operating temperature -40 to +75 deg C, 83 x 25 x 82.6 mm, 181 g.
