The Teltonika RUT976 is an industrial-grade RedCap 5G router designed for utilities, industrial automation, smart city infrastructure, and distributed monitoring systems. With four 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, integrated RS232/RS485 interfaces, and support for Modbus, OPC UA, and BACnet, the RUT976 enables seamless integration into existing industrial ecosystems. Dual-SIM redundancy with automatic failover and 4G LTE Cat 4 fallback guarantee reliable connectivity even in transition zones or during network outages.

5G RedCap with Complete Industrial Features

The RUT976 supports 5G Sub-6 GHz Standalone (SA) with up to 223 Mbps download and 123 Mbps upload (3GPP Release 17). When 5G coverage is weak, the device seamlessly falls back to 4G LTE Cat 4 (195 Mbps DL / 105 Mbps UL). The dual-SIM architecture with automatic failover switching based on signal strength, data limit, or network failure ensures mission-critical applications remain online.

Diverse Interfaces for Industrial Integration

Beyond four Ethernet ports (1x WAN, 3x LAN), the RUT976 features dedicated RS232 and RS485 interfaces (6-pin terminal block) for direct connection to PLCs, energy meters, and field devices. Full support for Modbus (RTU/TCP), OPC UA, BACnet, and DNP3 enables plug-and-play integration without additional gateways.
