The RUTX50 is Teltonika's highest-bandwidth single-modem router, delivering 5G connectivity at up to 3.3 Gbps download for data-intensive applications in industrial, transport, and enterprise environments. With dual-SIM including MFF2 eSIM, five Gigabit Ethernet ports, and integrated GPS, it is built for demanding IoT deployments.

5G SA/NSA with Maximum Throughput

The RUTX50 supports 5G New Radio in both SA and NSA architectures, reaching download speeds of up to 3.3 Gbps and upload speeds of up to 900 Mbps. Four SMA antenna connectors with 4x4 MIMO ensure optimal signal capture. Backward compatibility with 4G LTE Cat 20 and 3G protects long-term deployments in mixed network infrastructure.

Dual-SIM with eSIM and Intelligent Failover

Two SIM slots - including one MFF2 soldered eSIM - allow automatic SIM switching based on signal strength, roaming status, data limits, or connection failure. Operator allow/block lists, SIM idle protection, and automatic APN configuration simplify multi-carrier operation.

Rugged Enclosure for Industrial Use

The aluminium enclosure with IP30 protection and an operating temperature range of -40 to +75 °C is designed for continuous operation in harsh environments. The device (132 x 44.2 x 95.1 mm, 533 g) supports DIN rail, wall, and flat surface mounting.

Connectivity and Protocols

Five Gigabit Ethernet ports (1x WAN, 4x LAN, auto-MDI/MDIX), dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (2.4/5 GHz, up to 867 Mbps), USB port, and integrated GPS cover all connection scenarios. RutOS (OpenWrt-based) supports BGP, OSPF v2, RIP, EIGRP, NHRP, and policy-based routing, as well as WAN failover, load balancing, and VRRP.

Security and Remote Management

VPN support (OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, L2TP, PPTP), firewall, DMZ, ACL, NAT, VLAN, and zero-touch provisioning via Teltonika RMS enable secure, scalable remote management of large device fleets.
