2. If this is unsuccessful, please send the defective product with
  • RMA number = ticket number from support. Without support ticket please note point 3.

The processing time is approx. 7-14 working days. If a forwarding to the manufacturer is necessary, we will inform you about the further processing time. If no fault can be detected, we charge a flat rate inspection fee of 50.00 ¤ plus VAT plus any NTF costs by the manufacturer when sending the return to you. For chargeable repairs, you will receive a cost estimate.

3. Return of goods without support ticket
If the goods are not defective, we charge a flat rate inspection fee of ¤ 50.00 plus VAT plus any NTF costs by the manufacturer.

4. Goodwill returns 
In the case of approved goodwill returns for credit, the fee for restocking is 10% of the value of the goods, but at least 50.00 ¤ plus VAT.
