The Panorama Megalodon LG-IN2902 is a low-profile, high-performance combination antenna in a robust dome housing designed for demanding mobile and transportation applications. It integrates 8x8 MiMo Cellular (4G/5G), GPS and 6x2x2 MiMo WiFi in a single enclosure, making it ideal for simultaneous operation of two 4G/5G modems as well as WiFi 6e/7-capable routers. Available in black (LG-IN2902) and white (LG-IN2902-W).

Antenna Technology and Gain

The eight cellular elements cover all global frequency bands from 617 MHz to 6000 MHz, delivering up to 3 dBi gain in the sub-GHz range and up to 8 dBi in the 4400-6000 MHz band. The six WiFi elements support 2.4 GHz to 7.2 GHz (WiFi 6e/7) with gain of up to 7 dBi. The integrated GPS module operates on L1 (1559-1612 MHz) with an LNA gain of 26 dB and provides more than 50 dB out-of-band rejection at 787 MHz for interference-free reception.

Cables and Connectors

The antenna is supplied with pre-fitted, flame-retardant CS30 cables (UN ECE R118 compliant), all 5 m in length. Cellular connectors are SMA plug (m), the GPS cable also terminates in SMA plug (m). WiFi connectors use Reverse Polarity SMA for straightforward connection to WiFi routers and access points.

Housing and Protection Rating

The low-profile dome housing is designed for panel mounting (max. panel thickness 7 mm, mounting hole 25 mm). It meets IP69K for maximum protection against high-pressure water jets and IK10 for vandal resistance. The halogen-free radome is flame retardant. Operating temperature range covers -40 to +80 degrees C.
