The RUTM50 is an industrial-grade 5G router from Teltonika built for industrial automation, energy, enterprise, retail and smart city applications. It supports both SA and NSA 5G architectures and stays backward compatible with Cat19/18 4G whenever 5G is unavailable.

Cellular & Connectivity

With 5G Sub-6GHz the RUTM50 reaches up to 3.4 Gbps downlink (4x4 MIMO) and 550 Mbps uplink (2x2 MIMO), and up to 1.6 Gbps Cat19 downlink over 4G. Two SIM slots enable automatic failover on weak signal, data limits, roaming or network loss.

Network & Interfaces

Five Gigabit Ethernet ports (1x WAN, 4x LAN), dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 WiFi with up to 867 Mbps, and a digital input and output are available. A USB 2.0 port allows external storage or modems to be connected.

Security & VPN

Extensive VPN support with OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, GRE, DMVPN, Tailscale, Tinc and SSTP, plus a configurable firewall, VLAN separation and 802.1x authentication ensure secure connections in critical environments.

Management & Protocols

RMS remote management, SNMP, MQTT and JSON-RPC simplify field operation. For industrial applications the router supports BACnet, Modbus, OPC UA, DNP3 and DLMS/COSEM as well as GNSS positioning via GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo and QZSS.

Housing & Mounting

The anodised aluminium housing (IP30) is rated for operation from -40 to +75 degrees Celsius and can be mounted on a DIN rail, wall or flat surface with additional kits. Power is supplied via 9-50V DC or passive PoE (Mode B) on the LAN1 port.
