The Teltonika DAP145 combines Wi-Fi 4 and RS485 in a slim DIN rail device. It bridges serial RS-485 devices to IP via Serial-over-IP or Modbus and extends Wi-Fi cells via mesh and fast roaming. Ideal for industrial automation, energy, smart city and retail.
802.11b/g/n as access point or station with WPA3, EAP-TLS, MAC filter, SSID stealth and up to 50 concurrent clients. Wireless mesh (802.11s), fast roaming (802.11r), BSS transition management (802.11v) and radio resource measurement (802.11k) enable mobile industrial assets without disconnection.
RS485 interface as 6-pin terminal block (D+, D-, R+, R- for 2 or 4 wire operation). Native Modbus RTU/TCP, Serial-over-IP and Data to Server bring serial industrial devices to the cloud and SCADA.
Two Ethernet ports 10/100 Mbps, power supply via 3-position terminal block 9 to 30 VDC or passive PoE Mode B over LAN1 (not 802.3af/at/bt compatible). Reverse polarity and surge protection included.
Firewall, VLAN, 802.1x, certificate manager. OpenVPN, IPsec, WireGuard, ZeroTier, Tailscale, GRE, L2TP, PPTP for secure tunnels to the control center.
Remote Management System (RMS), FOTA, TR-069, SNMP, MQTT, web UI. RutOS based on OpenWrt with comprehensive configuration options.
Slim form factor with integrated DIN rail mounting, 113.1 x 25 x 68.6 mm, 149 g. Operating temperature -40 to +75 deg C.
