The ECU-1251 is an industrial communications gateway designed for use in solar energy, electricity and factory automation applications that require wireless and Ethernet communications solutions. This gateway features an open platform with a Cortex A8 processor, up to four RS-232/485 isolated serial ports, two 10/100 Ethernet ports and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C.

It supports the Modbus, BACnet, IEC-60870-5-101, IEC-60870-5-103 and IEC-60870-5-104 protocols and offers a web service for online monitoring. In addition, OPC-UA Client & Server as well as BACNet/IP Client & Server are supported. The device provides comprehensive support for various PLC drivers including Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Delta and more than 200 other PLC drivers.

The Linux operating system and open TagLink SDK enable system integrators to develop customized applications that meet specific needs. Programming support is offered for Linux in C and Python languages.
