The Perseus Monitoring 145 TSet is a professional remote monitoring platform for server, telecommunications, and industrial environments. The device combines LAN connectivity with an integrated LTE backup modem and monitors up to 1,000 variables. In addition to the base unit, the TSet includes a 3-meter IP67 temperature sensor, a quad-band LTE antenna, and a universal 12 V/1.5 A power supply—ready for immediate use without any additional purchases.

Sensors and Interfaces

Four RJ11 ports accommodate 1-Wire UNI sensors from HW group (temperature, humidity, current, voltage, and much more). Modbus/RTU sensors from third-party manufacturers can be integrated via the RS-485 interface. Four digital inputs (DI) for dry contacts and two relay outputs (DO) enable direct control of external actuators, such as air conditioning units or alarm sirens. A WLD port detects water leaks via external sensing cables.

LTE Backup and SMS Gateway

The integrated LTE modem maintains the connection to the portal and to alarm recipients even in the event of an Ethernet failure. It also serves as an SMS gateway for the Perseus itself and for other HW-group devices on the same network. SMS alerts, calls, and email notifications can be sent directly from the device—without external gateway hardware.

Meters API and Data Aggregation

The Meters API is a unique feature of the Perseus series: The device reads measurement values from other LAN devices (e.g., STE2 r2, SNMP-enabled UPS) over the network and links this data with its own sensor values for complex alarm logic. Lua scripting, schedulers, and virtual sensors enable custom automation without external software.

Protocols and Cloud Integration

All measurement values are available via open APIs: SNMP (v1/v2/v3), MQTT, Modbus/TCP, and XML. Integration with SensDesk (paid) or HWg-Cloud (free) enables graphs, device status alerts, PDF reports, and SCADA connectivity. Remote configuration is performed via the integrated web server or HWg-Config.
