It is strongly recommended to purchase Wanesy Management Center (WMC) access for operation. Without WMC, it is possible to retrieve the status, but it is impossible to access the gateway remotely. More details can be found here.If Wanesy Management Center licenses are not purchased, then hardware maintenance is recommended if support through Kerlink is desired.

All support services by Kerlink or ime mobile solutions beyond the hardware warranty are chargeable without a maintenance agreement.
