Software update 12 months - mandatory when purchasing each master gateway

There is a small annual fee for LoRa-2-GLT Software Assurance. Software Assurance entitles you to the following services:

LoRa-2-GLT Gateway is connected to authorized LoRa sensors. However, a LoRa sensor can receive a new firmware update. SW Assurance ensures that you are authorized to update the LoRa-2-GLT Gateway so that the product is suitable for the latest firmware of these sensors.

The LoRa-2-GLT gateway is connected to a building management system BMS (also building management system BMS). However, it may happen that a BMS receives a new firmware update. SW Assurance ensures that you are authorized to update the LoRa-2-GLT Gateway so that the product is suitable for the latest firmware of this GLT version.

Without software assurance, such changes/updates will be billed as a chargeable support case based on the applicable hourly rates.
