RMA/Returns procedure


1. Please try to get a troubleshooting via our support first. In many cases, this can save you having to send it in.

2. If this is unsuccessful, please send the defective product with
  • RMA number = ticket number from support. Without support ticket please note point 3.

The processing time is approx. 7-14 working days. If a forwarding to the manufacturer is necessary, we will inform you about the further processing time. If no fault can be detected, we charge a flat rate inspection fee of 50.00 EUR plus VAT plus any NTF costs by the manufacturer when sending the return to you. For chargeable repairs, you will receive a cost estimate.

3. Return of goods without support ticket
If the goods are not defective, we charge a flat rate inspection fee of EUR 50.00 plus VAT plus any NTF costs by the manufacturer.

4. Goodwill returns 
In the case of approved goodwill returns for credit, the fee for restocking is 10% of the value of the goods, but at least 50.00 ¤ plus VAT.
